微软推送2018 Windows10更新四月版17134.5预览版
4月28日消息 昨天晚上，微软宣布发布2018 Windows 10 更新四月版（即Windows 10 RedStone 4正式版），用户从4月30日开始下载，5月8日面向全球Windows 10 PC用户推送。现在微软仍在做准备，推送最新的2018 Windows 10 更新四月版预览17134.5。
微软Windows Insider宣布，已经升级到Windows 10 Build 17134.1的用户现在可以检查更新升级到Build 17134.5，升级补丁型号是KB4135051，推送通道包括快速、慢速和发布预览，均已经推送。
目前微软还未公布具体的更新日志，Win10天地提醒部分用户反馈收不到Windows 10 Build 17134.5补丁更新，需要重新注册下Windows Insider即可。
